Warehouse Supervisor

This position will be responsible for overseeing shift personnel and shipping and receiving flow, provide leadership for their work group and must have the highest working knowledge of the equipment, policies, and procedures.
Manage workflow of shipping and receiving areas.
Communicate daily needs and special requirements regarding shipments.
Lead by example, with a positive outlook, through practice and work habit, a desire to follow all policies and procedures in the plant environment to develop and maintain a safe, efficient, high-quality workplace and maximize the development of the personnel they lead.
Demonstrate the ability to accomplish tasks through thoughtful delegation to others in the work group.
Train, coach and enforce all company safety policies.
High school diploma or GED is required, as well as two years previous experience as a team leader or supervisor.
Maintains strict confidentiality and protects privacy of confidential/sensitive information.
Exceptional time management and organization skills.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously establishing priorities to meet deadlines.
Ability to communicate effectively (verbal, written) with staff, and internal and external clients.
Proactive; exercises sound judgment and decision making; able to identify problems and needs and develop solutions and/or options.
Self-confident, self-motivated polished professional who thrives in a challenging, fast-paced environment.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
